WHAT'S YOUR SUMMER SHIPPING POLICY?

During the summer, all orders will ship Monday through Wednesday using priority shipping. If you place an order after our Wednesday shipping cut-off, it'll ship out the following Monday. We'll also include ice packs to help keep your un-chocolate cool during transit. This ensures your Mez products spend as little time as possible in warm delivery trucks or warehouses over the weekend.

Why does my order include old packaging?

We’re updating our packaging! While we make the switch, some orders may include a mix of old and new packaging. Same delicious product with a fresh new look.

What’s the shelf life of a Mez™ Bar?

Mez Bar can be enjoyed up to 2 years after production if stored in a cool, dark environment in an air-tight container. But we have a sneaking suspicion you won’t let it last that long…

Can I do all of the things I would normally do with chocolate with Mez™?

In short, yes! We use Mez™ in all sorts of ways: for baking chocolatey treats, melting into coffee for a delicious mocha, and snacking while watching our favorite TV dramas. But the best part is, while Mez™ can be used exactly as you would normally use chocolate, it’s also great in lots of untraditional ways—like a post-workout treat packed with protein, or a wholesome and awesome midday snack that will actually fill you up, or a late night treat that won’t affect your sleep.

Does Mez™ vibe well with my diet?

Mez™ Bar is vegan friendly, but unfortunately, it’s not currently Kosher or Halal certified. Please stay tuned though, because fine-tuning our recipes to change this answer is a top priority for us.

What allergens are found in Mez™ Bar?

Our Peanut Better Mez Bar contains peanuts. Besides that, we are free of all major allergens in all of our products. That said, all of our products are produced in a facility that processes tree nuts and other allergens.

What’s the deal with sales tax?

If we’re shipping your Mez™ Bars to Illinois or Michigan, your order is eligible for sales tax. At the moment, everywhere else is tax-free, though that may change as our business grows and evolves.

Can I get Mez™ shipped to me?

If you live in the United States, or if you have an APO/FPO/DPO address, the answer is yes! If not, reach out to us and let us know where you want your Mez™ sent, and we’ll add your location to our list of future destinations!

How do refunds work?

At this time, all purchases of Mez™ Bar from our online store are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
