Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns of any food products. 

You can always contact us for any return or order questions at orders@mezfoods.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us at orders@mezfoods.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos of the issue so our team can review and help resolve the situation. If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

For food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on food products, sale items, or gift cards.

European Union 3 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

If a refund is approved under special circumstances, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact orders@mezfoods.com.
