All orders ship Monday-Wednesday using 2-3 day mail. If your order comes in after our Wednesday afternoon cutoff, it’ll ship the following week during our normal shipping window. This schedule helps streamline our shipping process, ensures your treats spend as little time as possible in transit, and avoids having them sit in a warm warehouse over the weekend. We’re all about making sure your Mez arrives in great shape.

For warmer temperatures or if you live in a warmer climate: while we'll do our best to combat the heat with ice packs and faster delivery, we recommend keeping an eye on your tracking info and bringing your order inside as soon as it’s delivered. If you know you won’t be home, we encourage you to ship to an address where someone can receive it right away like an office, a package locker, or a friend’s place.
